Charlotte supports the daily operations of ACH and is often one of the first people clients connect with. She assists with scheduling, billing and insurance questions, and the intake process, helping clients navigate services and use their benefits with clarity and ease. Known for her organized and responsive approach, she works to make each interaction feel straightforward and welcoming.
In addition to her administrative role, Charlotte is also a clinician who works with teenagers and adults navigating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. She takes a holistic, integrative approach to therapy, incorporating mindfulness and emphasizing meaningful connection with both self and others. Grounded in a person-centered framework, she strives to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.
Charlotte earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Law, Justice, and Society from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Midwestern State University.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her wife and her chihuahua mix, Bentley. She also loves crafting, baking, and listening to Taylor Swift.
